I have been taking cod liver oil for 2
years, for its anti-inflammatory benefit to help loosen finger joints. Normally
I buy pure cod liver oil (not mixed with fish oil) and in a bottle, not in pill form. Indeed it is a bit fishy, need to take a little honey afterward to remove
that flavor.

Just happen to find this canned cod liver
for sale in supermarket, at Euro 2.4 only. It is clearly written that wild
caught cod is being used and the oil is from cod only, came out during the canning
process, no other added oil.

The flavor and texture of cod liver is mild
and tender, most amazing is the oil is pale beige and has zero fishiness, so
different from what is in a bottle. I will use this form of cod liver oil in the
future.
