Mala pork with mango and basil |
A colourful dish, with
many different flavors and textures.
1. Cut pork into
strips, season with miso, soy sauce, brown sugar, 5 spices powder, chili and
liqueur.
2. Cut red pepper and onion
into strips, mango into slices.
3. Warm a tablespoon
of Sichuan pepper in oil, sweat onion and pepper until soft.
4. Turn to med high
heat, add pork and sear to brown both sides, stir fry with vegetables until
cooked.
5. Add mango and basil,
mix together and serve.
