Roast potato with garlic and lemon zest |
Adding garlic and
lemon zest before roasting potato gives a different flavor dimension to a
simple side dish.
1. Peel potato and cut
into cubes.
2. Mash or cut garlic
into small bits, grate lemon zest, mix with potato, season with olive oil and
salt
3. Bake at 170˚C until
golden, around 40 minutes.
