Created this versatile tasty sprinkle, to compliment plain seared meat or vegetable.
1. Cut garlic and carrot into very small pieces, cook at medium heat until dry.
2. Add sesame, caraway and seaweed flakes, to warm up and bring out the fragrance. Can keep for a few days.
