Mango radish Chat


 

Have a good memory of tasty Chat eaten in India many years ago, with a combination of savory, sour, sweet and spicy flavors, with both soft and crispy texture, a super tasty appetiser. This is my version base on that flavor and texture combination.

1. Cut mango, radish into cubes, chili into small bits, herbs into pieces, season with lemon juice, salt and sugar.

2. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top.
