Rye flour pancake

 


Got some local smoked organic trout, thought of making savory pancakes to use as a wrap with mix salad. Using rye flour makes the pancake less heavy in my stomach, and it is nice to eat a variety of grains.

100gm rye flour

30 gm wheat flour

sesame/caraway seeds

pinch of salt

250gm water

1 tbsp olive oil

 

Rye flour pancake

 

 

1. Mix all the ingredients into a pourable batter.

2. In a non stick pan, spread the mixture to make pancakes, the amount can make 4 pieces.
