Mid summer pizza dinner

Last night with friends here, having pizza, with seasonal veg from the garden, very easy to make, relaxing finger food and never fail to please.  

 

1. Pizza with cooked garlic, scallion, olive oil and salt

 

 

2. Pizza with miso coconut cream sauce, baked green bean and pine nuts

 

 3. Pizza with tomato sauce, cheese and basil

 

4. Pizza with red curry coconut cream sauce, baked golden beetroot, lobster eggs, with kaffir lime leaves sprinkled on top just before serving

 

 

5. Pizza with chorize, bell pepper, oregano and cheese
