Followed Catherine Leung’s youtube method to cook brisket, very clear explanation and straightforward method. Like her practical style and clear explanation of the techniques used.
Of course I cooked a big pot and keep in portions in the freezer. Just need to cooked some veg and serve with the most juicy tender brisket.
