Last fresh tomatoes



It is single digit temperature now, plants in the green house are really not growing anymore. Time to clear out, add leaf mould, cover with straw and let the soil rest over winter. 



Harvested the remaining cherry tomatoes and beef tomatoes. The beef tomatoes are just pink, not fully ripen, but the advantage is the skin is very thin and not irritating to eat. But do need to bake drier to concentrate flavour, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
