Rovinj St Euphemia festival






On the evening of Sept 15, Rovinj, a small coastal town on the west coast of Croatia, with ~12,000 inhabitants, celebrated St Euphemia festival with music, and locally produced wines and food. For 6 Euro entrance fee, you get a wine glass, free tasting of over 50 red and white wines, a plate of grilled sardines fresh from the sea. There were other stalls selling local specialties like 18 months cured prosciutto and cevapcici, a local grilled sausage.
