Beetroot chips


This is a good snack, crispy, mildly sweet and full of nutrients.
1. Wash beetroots and wrap in alluminium foil, bake at 200˚C until soft, around 30 to 45 minutes depending on size.
2. When cool, remove skin and cut into thin slices. Dry in fruit-drying machine until crisp, around 3 hours.
