Fresh peach nut crumble


A good desert for hot summer, not much cooking, good flavor and texture.
1. Mix one part of chopped mix nuts with one part of flour, one part of brown sugar, one part of butter and a pinch of salt, into big lumps.
2. Spread loosely on baking paper, bake at 200˚C until golden, around 10 minutes.
3. When crumble is cool, serve on top of slices of juicy, ripe peach.
