Cranberry pear sauce


I use pear to sweeten and thicken the sauce, good with any red meat dishes.

Cut red onion into small pieces and sweat until golden, add in 300gm cranberry and 2 pears (without skin) cut into small pieces. Season with cinnamon, 5 spices powder, soya sauce, white pepper and a pinch of chili powder.
