Sown this white variety of chickpea in mid
April, and harvest in early July, still a bit green, not totally mature for
storage.
Hummus
A dip make from puree of cooked chickpea, I
season it with olive oil and salt only (traditionally also have sesame paste,
garlic and lemon juice), tasted rich enough as such.
