In Gothenburg there is
a good size fish wholesale market, with reasonable varieties of sea fish, lake
fish and shellfish. However as a tourist eating in normal restaurants and
cafes, the offers available are mainly smoked mackerel, pickled herring, boiled
prawn and smoked salmon, they are delicious in their own way.
