The last day for my 4 guinea fowls, gone early morning.The body weight between 1.8kg to 2kg. Much bigger than usual from the market. My birds ate too much, full of fat inside.

Spend the whole morning plucking, cleaning, separating gizzards, blanching feet to remove though outer skin, preparing the birds for different recipes, quite a lot of work and cleaning up afterwards, not for the faint hearted.
