Leaving Rovinj
tomorrow, have to use up lemons, eggs and sour cream in the fridge, this is
a strong motivation to cook, like a challenge from a mystery box.

3 eggs
honey
pinch of salt
250gm sour cream
3 lemons
250gm flour
5 gm baking powder

1. Whisk eggs with
honey, salt, sour cream and lemon juice.
2. Sieve backing
powder and flour, whisk into egg mixture.
3. Pour into cake tin
lined with baking powder, bake at 170˚C for 50 minutes.
