Winter shellfish

Winter is the time to enjoy shellfish, scallop and razor clam are my favorites.

 
scallop with chive olive oil

1. Bake scallop at 200˚C for 8 minutes, serve with chive in salt and olive oil. 
 
razor clam quick seared

2. Place razor clams on hot plancha, sear both sides, no need any seasoning.
