| Colourful spring salad |
This is a mixture of seasonal produces,
young rocket leaves, tender sweet new season carrots, last of the season juicy
orange from Europe, all contribute to the bright fresh taste, and spring colours.
The dressing is lemon juice, honey, olive
oil, salt and pepper.
