| Lamb burger with tomato salsa |
Prepared these roughly chopped lamb burgers
with fennel leaves, seasoned with salt, pepper and cumin powder, to cook on the
plancha for alfresco dinner with friends.
The salsa to go with them is semi-dried
tomato with basil leaves, water and olive oil, stir and rest for an hour.
