Baked lamb shoulder with onion & cumin


After the harvest of onion, I have to start thinking of using them regularly. Baking it with lamb gives a tasty sauce. 
Baked lamb shoulder with onion & cumin

1. Season lamb shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin and chopped up onion.
2. Preheat oven to 200˚C, slow bake lamb shoulder at 160˚C for 45 minutes.
