Green beans with plum sauce


The runner and climbing beans are producing steadily, now at a rate of a dish a day for 2, will soon exceed our eating capacity and require storing. 
 
Green beans with plum sauce

As the weather is hot it is good to have a savory sour dish to enhance appetite.
1. Bake bean at 180˚C until just soft, around 15 minutes, cool down.
2. Make a sauce using Japanese salty sour plum, mustard and sour cream, toss in beans.
