Frankly speaking, cultivated blueberry does
not have a lot of taste, but it looks pretty and full of nutrients. It is nice
to eat fresh on it own, but better to be slightly seasoned for use in dessert.
Spicy blueberry yogurt |
Mix blueberries with a pinch of salt, a
tbsp of brown sugar, black pepper and a little medium hot curry powder. Stir
well and burst a couple of berries to release juice, repeat stirring a few
times before serving, with yogurt or sour cream.
