Found this restaurant in Bordighera, Italy,
right on the beach. What a surprise when I looked at the board for daily
specials. This is so far the best fresh raw seafood meal I have eaten in
Europe, good both in terms of quality and quantity offered, and at reasonable
price, what a happy evening.
Raw red tuna, palamita, cod, and small prawns, fish eggs, served with wasabi, soy sauce, red pepper sauce and pickle ginger.
