Picked a green tomato because the plant
suffered from mould and died. It is actually crunchy and not sour, nice to mix
with soft okra for taste and texture contrast.

1. Blanch okra until just soft, around a
minute. Cut into slices.
2. Cut green tomato into cubes, mix with
okra, season with salt, white pepper and olive oil.
