Grilled squid

Saw fresh giant squid in the market, cannot resist not trying it. I guess most people will cut it into rings to make deep fried squid, it is a dish to order in the restaurant, not to make at home, for me.

I simply clean it, score both side with lines so that the pieces do not curl up too much, season with salt, then grill on barbecue. When just cooked, it is crunchy and sweet, when slightly browned, they are more chewy but has a different aroma.
