Turbot second round


Stir-fry yesterday's cooked turbot with carrot and basil, delicious.
1. Use peeler to shred carrot into thin strips, cut ginger into thin pieces. Sweat at medium heat until soft.
2. Add cooked turbot, season with salt and white pepper, mix well to warm up, add a handful of basil just before serving.
