Garlic harvest

Last December, planted garlic both inside greenhouse and in outside beds. The ones inside greenhouse had a good head start, and were much bigger by March. As weather gradually warms up from mid April onward, growth of the outside ones picks up.

Eventually the harvest time for garlic inside green house is just 2 weeks ahead of the outside ones. So next year, I will plant all garlic outside.

Most of the garlic will be turned into black garlic using the black garlic machine, a favorite appetizer.
