Both are very pretty flowers, with long flowering season as long as you remove the flowers before they set seed. The flowers has medicinal properties and good to collect to try to use them.

For calendula, I dry the petals and infuse in oil, for a few months. Great to use on skin problems.

Nasturtium flower is high in vitamin C, beta carotene and anti-bacterial flavonoids. An easy way to use it is to soak in vinegar to extract the ingredients and use it in salad dressing. The vinegar turns vivid orange the next day.
