Eggplant with lard and kaffir lime leaves

Steamed eggplant in rice cooker is a dish of my childhood, then split open and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil, very delicious in my memory.

I tried many time to re-create the dish, it is ok but not that delicious. This time, I have added homemade lard and kaffir lime leaves on top of soy sauce, the dish is more interesting.
