Made this once in October, worrying that fresh herbs that has been growing very well will die in the cooler weather.
November has been wet and cold at 4-10˚c, the herbs are still fine, so collected another round of mix herbs (parsley, scallion, tarragon, oregano, marjoram and sage), to be blended with salt and olive oil and stored in the freezer.
It is very easy to use on any dish, to add colour, nutrients and flavor.
