Roast duck with sauce

 

The left behind roast duck from Christmas meal, is given a new look to reappear on the table, with a flavour similar to Peking duck wrap.

Meat shredded, reheat with cooked mix vegetables, then add a rich thick sauce of plum chutney, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and walnut butter.
