Spring cabbage
Harvested one of the pointy headed Spring cabbage, planted in last August. Looks so crisp and tasted sweet, I decided not to cook it, but serve raw like Coleslaw. Instead of mayonnaise, which takes time to make and is a lot of oil, I use a sauce of light miso, thick yogurt and a little mustard paste to achieve the same thick tasty sauce.
