Cherry tomato and khol rabi

A little healthy and crunchy snack for evening drinks with vegetarian friends. The cherry tomatoes were last year's harvest, skin removed, semi dried in drier, stored in freezer. Just need to mix tomatoes with olive oil to re-fresh before using.

For khol rabi, cut into cubes and season with salt and pepper for half a day.
