Giant Achill Island oyster
Online fishmonger gave me some giant oysters from Achill Island to taste. I have never eaten oyster with knife and fork, and will not do that again.
The flavor and texture is fine, just like normal oyster. I just don't find is appetizing to look at the brown/black internal organ of oyster.
