Went north to the next bay and stopped at Kilbaha to try our hands on shrimping. We have been buying this live shrimps from the on line fishmonger and love the firm sweet meat. One night we serve this shrimp to a friend at dinner, a local who is also a keen fisherman and beekeeper. He said that it is easy to net them, near where river and sea meets and they hide in the seaweed.

Near the harbour wall at Kilbaha,
found an easy access to get in the water, with wetsuit and a strong net, indeed
getting them from scooping around seaweed. Good experience to forage for free
food, but quite demanding.
