I planted Goji not really for the berries, hard to get a good harvest, but more for harvesting leaves. It grows vigorously in Ireland, which is great especially in this season when there is not much to harvest in the veg garden.
In the past, my mother made goji pork soup when in season, the leaves have a very mild bitterness. Here I just make a quick soup with carrot, dry shimp and miso.
