Every evening has been beautiful, clear sky and warm, I have more warm days and nights this June so far than all last 3 years together. So have to enjoy cooking and eating outside.
Having pizza is always ensure a lively and cheerful evening. I like to plan the pizza toppings to include whatever vegetable I could harvest at the moment, not just replicate what was done before, which is for me the joy of home cooking.
Pizza with chive in olive oil, salt and sesame
Pizza with sauce of miso diluted with yogurt, shiitake mushroom and Kailan stalks.
Pizza with tomato sauce, chorizo, pickled daikon and grated cheese.
Pizza with tomato sauce, goat cheese, golden beetroot and grated cheese.
