Cauliflower, shiitake and cumin bake




Shiitake is fragrant and have good health boosting properties, cumin is tested to be able to help weight loss (according to Tim Spector’s Food for Life book), so use them with cauliflower to make a tasty dish.

Season cauliflower and shiitake with cumin seeds, curry powder, salt, olive oil, shake well, add 1/2 cup of boiling water, bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes.

Made a dish of baked potato at the same time to use the oven fully. Cut potatoes into thin slices, place in baking dish. Make a sauce of a cup of boiling water, miso, salt, garlic paste, and olive oil, pour on top of potato, bake at 180˚C for 30 minutes.
