Rack of lamb with tomato and potato



Easy to prepare, cooked in the oven wintery dish, with spices like cumin, black cardamon and curry powder. 



1.Score lamb fat, season with salt, black pepper and a lot of cumin on the fat side. 



2.Cut potatoes into slices, place in the bottom of baking dish. 


3.Add cut slices of beef tomatoes on top, season with salt, curry powder and black cardamon.


4.Place lamb rack on top, bake at 200˚C for 45 minutes, rest with door ajar for another 15 minutes for a pink result.
