Used a frozen cooked lobster tail for this quick lunch dish. Use blanched ramen like spaghetti, very similar texture.
1.Sear leek until tender, add kale and coconut milk, season with curry powder, salt and some sugar.
2.Sear sliced lobster until warmed up.
3.Blanch ramen to nearly soft, mix into veg sauce, serve on plate and place lobster on top.
