Went to this restaurant to try their teppanyaki in the evening, there are many partioned units. Picked from the a la cart menu what we like to eat instead of the set menus. What a lovely experience, to appreciate how the chef cook seafood, meat and vegetables with exquisite skill, on medium low heat, slowly to perfection, crispy/grilled outside and tender inside.
My favourites are eel (nearly 45minutes of cooking) with the super crispy skin, cod, beef tongue, foie gras, tofu and fried rice.
