Compost

The system of black buckets (with holes drilled at the bottom) in the garden for all vegetable waste worked well. I filled them up until last October, adding dried grass or dried leaves, as source of carbon, in between veg peelings. After 7 months, it shrunk down to half and became crumbly black compost.
