Vegetables for bbq






To enjoy bbq dinner at the lake chalet, I prepare simple veg dishes, according to what I got in the garden, so that we can eat easily.

Baked cauliflower, raw carrot, blanched pea and broaden, steamed artichoke etc.

These are good size artichokes, like size of a cauliflower head, take 25 minutes to steam until soft in the middle. I have to say the nugget at each leaf base is big, and is very filling after eating it.
