Make up some skewers to enjoy an evening close to the lake. On opening the lake house door, found a bat hanging on the edge!
Skewers:
-mackerel marinated in soy sauce and rice wine
-beef marinated in salt, black pepper and olive oil
-shiitake mushroom seasoned with salt and olive oil
