Hereford beef from Toryhill House farm, Dexter beef from Drumanilra farm, both organic and are leaders in the field in their sustainable ways of farming.
Invited neighbours over to taste the difference, both are our favourite striploin steaks.
Dexter is more tender while Hereford is more tasty, all pick Hereford as the preferred one.
Served with blue and King Edward potatoes in basil pinenut olive oil sauce, and skewers of baked cherry tomatoes.
