Serving a bbq dinner with lamb chops and steak, with pickled bitter melon as side dish, a salsa verde of coriander, roasted head of garlic, olive oil, chilli, sichuan pepper and a bit of honey blended together.
I created this easy to cook on bbq veg dish for the meal. Boil whole sweetcorn until soft, around 10 minutes, cut corns down. Cut green beans into pieces, mix with sweetcorn, fresh thyme, season with salt, Japanese 7 pdr spice and olive oil. Wrap in aluminium foil lined with baking paper, cook on bbq until bean cooked, med heat around 20 minutes.
