It is our 5th years of living in Ireland, have been eating out in a number of restaurants with star, this is finally the first meal that we both feel that we can come back to eat readily. The others are not bad, just not outstanding, enough, for the price they ask for.
The team showed a balance of perfect execution in cooking and preparation of every dish, from bread to dessert, good seasoning, some exotic touches like yuzu mousse and wild garlic butter. Well presented dishes without excessive decoration.
Good recommendation of glasses of wines to go with the meal, in a nice old Palace with a big garden.
