The target for this year is to have more leafy green vegetables to eat. It is just the beginning of the season and I have already a few veg to harvest: leaves of beetroot, red Choi Sum, bolted radish with juicy tender stems, from poly tunnel, and Staghorn Plantain from outside bed.
