Tomato paste
Amazing year, so early with so many ripen tomatoes. The third batch of tomato paste of the year.
Remove skin, crush tomatoes in a big pot, season with salt, garlic, cloves and olive oil, bring to boil and pour into the biggest baking trays. Bake at 140 ˚C until thicken, open the oven door every half hour to release steam and a stir around.
